Rosie leads the Hub Team based in Peterborough. The Hub manage rural property compliance and reactive repairs in 10,000 properties for over 400 landlords across the UK.
The Hub team applies a carefully crafted ISO 9001 process-driven approach to ensure that the highest standards are met providing safe properties protecting tenants and landlords alike and help protect their reputation.
The team arranges all necessary inspections, testing and servicing and will interpret the results and arrange any remediation with agreed spending limits. This will ensure all applications are safe to use and comply with client specific requirements (best practice) and meet statutory regulations.
