Dick has worked within Savills managing Utility capital programme delivery schemes since 2002. He is responsible for the daily management of pipe laying schemes from initial costing through to managing compensation provision post scheme through 14 Savills field consultants. Dick also provides advice and direction on all aspects of the water industry, compulsory purchase and compensation
