Tom is a director of the valuation team in Oxford and Reading who specialises in providing professional advice relating to commercial, residential and development land across the Thames Valley, Cotswolds and South Midlands.
Tom primarily undertakes RICS Red Book valuations and is a RICS Registered Valuer specialising in providing valuations for a wide range of purposes including loan security - acting for all major lenders, accounts and taxation.
Tom also specialises in expert witness appointments for matrimonial and other disputes on a range of properties and has experience providing evidence at tribunals and court.
After graduating, he joined the valuation office agency where he qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992. He then worked for seven years in their Westminster office valuing West End properties before joining Savills in 2000.
