John’s work is focused upon the residential and commercial sectors and he has  experience in preparing and submitting a range of planning applications and appeals and managing these through to their determination. He is also involved in the influencing of policy preparation through representations to Local Plans, and advising on the development potential of land. John benefits from both public and stakeholder engagement experience.
