Zoe Millward

Zoe started her career at Savills in 2013 as a coordinator and property manager for Summertown, Oxford. Over the next 7 years she progressed to prime property manager, covering Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. In 2020 Zoe joined the lettings compliance team, completing compliance spot checks across the lettings division.

Zoe was promoted to associate director in 2021 and now successfully manages the quality assurance team who are responsible for compliance checks on lettings deals across the UK, ensuring all tenancies are compliant from the start. 

Zoe is passionate about supporting all our lettings offices to reduce health and safety, compliance, financial and fraud risk. Zoe also enjoys identifying processes that need adapting or new processes that need to be put in place. Improving our client journey from start to finish.
