Ryan joined Savills in 2018, working in the development team. He is a surveyor specialising in the provision of development valuation and consultancy services.
Ryan started working in property in 2015, whilst undertaking an MSc Real Estate degree. He joined the Savills graduate scheme in 2018, gaining MRICS status in 2020 and becoming an RICS Registered Valuer in 2022. Prior to working in property, Ryan spent five years working in the aviation industry in roles both in the air and on the ground.
He currently specialises in residential valuation and consultancy work, acting for a broad range of clients including developers, banks and private individuals.
Ryan grew up in Derby, studied in both Loughborough and Nottingham and now lives in Nottingham. Outside of work he enjoys photography, cinema and working towards completing his Private Pilot Licence (PPL).
