Ciara is an RICS registered valuer and undertakes valuation for lenders and private clients on a wide variety of projects. She also specialises in the preparation of development appraisals to inform viability testing and land purchases.
Ciara lives in Norwich with her boyfriend and enjoys walking along Norfolk's glorious beaches with her two lazy greyhounds.
