Nick joined Savills in 2010 and has spent time working as a negotiator in Surrey, the residential development sales team and the Marylebone office
Nick developed his skills as a junior negotiator working within the prime 'Elmbridge triangle' in Surrey. He takes a particular interest in connecting with Savills' international desks and networking with internal and external contacts. As the manager of a residential development sales team Nick liaised with several high profile developer clients on various projects in south west London. Nick joined the Prime Central London Marylebone & Fitzrovia office in 2010, which he now co-Heads. The sales team has enjoyed number one status for seven consecutive years.
