Xenia Georgiou

Xenia is a townscape and heritage consultant with over 15 years’ experience. She joined the Savills Heritage and Townscape team as an associate director in 2025 following the acquisition of Citydesigner.

Xenia is a qualified architect in both the UK and Greece and holds an MArch in Urban Design. She advises on a wide range of heritage-led townscape developments and large scale projects that affect the historic environment, ranging from small-scale extensions to listed buildings to wider regeneration schemes that incorporate tall buildings. She has provided heritage and townscape advice to both private and public clients throughout London, Brighton, Hertfordshire, Birmingham and Dublin.

Her background as an architect and urban designer, further trained to specialise in the historic environment, enables her to offer clear, informed design advice to architects and development teams. She has extensive experience in the preparation of Townscape, Heritage and Visual Impact Assessment (THVIA) reports for planning applications and for Environmental Statements. She also provides expert input and documentation for planning appeals and tribunal proceedings.

Xenia oversees and manages whole delivery of a project from feasibility stage to post-application stage.
