Victoria is Programme Director within the Global Occupier Services team, based in London. She leads multi-faceted programmes that support portfolio transformations, disposal initiatives, and business optimisation for both public and private sector clients.
Victoria began her career in programme management in Australia, building specialist expertise in delivering complex transformation and procurement programmes. She has worked with SaaS start-ups, strengthening her interest in data and technology—specifically, how to structure and standardise information across teams to improve decision making and programme transparency. Victoria has a proven record of helping organisations achieve significant milestones through programme definition, strategy development, benefits realisation frameworks, and effective stakeholder engagement. Since joining Savills, she has applied her international experience to manage real estate programmes with a fresh perspective and agility.
As Programme Director within Global Occupier Services, Victoria is responsible for the holistic oversight and delivery of multi-disciplinary real estate programmes. She leads the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks, manages resources spanning several service lines, and fosters collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Having relocated from Australia to the UK in 2024, Victoria is enjoying exploring London and taking advantage of cheap flights to the rest of Europe. She spends her weekends visiting London's many free galleries and museums, and discovering new boroughs.
