Vic Rance

Vic qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1991 and has been involved in the automotive sector for most of his career with a specific emphasis on car dealerships over the past 20 years.  He was involved in professional work for automotive property consultancy since the setting up of the company right up until their acquisition by Savills in 2023.

Vic’s specialism is in carrying out professional work such as rent reviews and lease renewals on franchised vehicle dealerships on a nationwide basis.  During his career he has carried out work for both car manufacturers and dealer groups and thus has a detailed knowledge of this specialist area. As part of the Savills Automotive team Vic currently acts for both landlords and tenants be they financial institutions,  private individuals  and franchised dealers.
