Tom has been working for Savills since 2015 and specialises in the sale of luxury property across global markets including the Caribbean, Italy, Spain, South Africa and the Indian Ocean.
Starting in a business development role acting on behalf of Savills’ Prime Central London offices Tom gained expertise in both the London and wider UK residential markets. Since joining the Global Residential team in 2016 he has gained expertise in the negotiation and sale of high-end property across many global second home markets.
Previous work, in both the travel industry and International shipping, have allowed him the opportunity to undertake business on an International scale - something which is very useful when dealing with both clients and properties abroad.
