Tim has been working in the London design and contract administration team since 2014 and specialises in commercial, retail and residential refurbishment and fit out projects.
Tim specialises in contract administration and project management, taking projects from initial feasibility stage through to construction. Tim has gained experience in managing retail projects, working with professional teams to deliver projects within required time, cost and quality parameters.
Having developed a strong working relationship with management surveyors, Tim understands the need to be proactive in providing advice regarding both urgent and planned building works.
Tim also has a keen interest in listed buildings and historic architecture and takes great pride in undertaking refurbishment works to historic buildings.
