Tenika Young

Tenika joined Savills in 2022 after working client-side for over 16 years on behalf of family trusts and private investors with portfolios concentred in Central London.

She is a chartered management surveyor with a wealth of experience working with historic buildings as well as new developments across a variety of asset classes, specialising in offices and mixed-use schemes.

Her current role involves working with a number of private clients and institutional investors who are proactively working towards their pathways to net zero and integrating ESG as core component of their asset management strategy.

Outside of work, Tenika enjoys family time and making the most of living in a great city.
