Steven is a director within the London business space property management department responsible for the management of commercial property on behalf of property funds and property companies.
With 25 years experience of managing commercial property assets primarily in London and also in the home counties, he has a wide range of experience in property matters including service charge administration, implementing asset management initiatives, lease renewals and providing facilities advice regarding new developments in the commercial sector.
Steven joined Savills in 2007 and continued to work on the WELPUT portfolio, RREEF UK Office Property Fund and three assets for Great Portland Estates plc which he had previously worked on for a different company. Overall Steven worked closely with WELPUT for over 15 years.
Steven now works as the lead management surveyor for The Charities Property Fund and Fidelity UK Real Estate Fund, along with a number of private property companies.
Steven became a member of the royal institution of chartered surveyors in 2005 and a director within the commercial property management department at Savills in 2024.
