Stephen has worked at Savills for 16 years and now specialises in managing high value trophy City assets for overseas investors.
Having previously worked 'client side' for Lloyds Bank and a private property company, Steve joined Savills in 2001 and has worked on a number of portfolios with a wide range of Clients, including, JP Morgan, Commerz Real, Deutsche Bank, Hampshire County council, Norwich Union, The Charities property Fund, Nord Capital, Beacon Capital, Aberdeen Asset Management, Fidelity, Exemplar and XLB Property.
Steve's main focus is now managing the UK portfolio for Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH consisting multi let prime office assets between 120,000 and 420,000 sq ft and £2 - £4m service charge.
