Sid Hussain

Sid provides consultancy and transactional services to a broad range of clients looking to invest in the operational real estate sectors across Europe.

Sid joined Savills in 2021, having previously worked in roles covering corporate strategy, working capital and debt-finance management, in London and New York.

He holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) and a BSc in Statistics, Economics and Finance from University College London. During his Master’s degree, Sid founded The Real Estate Club Podcast, and his thesis focused on the analysis of the ESG certification across property sectors in the UK.

The OCM Europe team have transacted in 12 different continental European countries in the last three years, equating to tens of thousands of units and more than €5 billion of investment.

Sid is in frequent contact with our continental European OCM teams, helping clients to source new opportunities and providing support throughout all stages of the deal lifecycle.
