Seb is a Surveyor in the Operational Capital Markets division, focusing on PBSA valuation.
Prior to joining OCM, Seb gained experience within the South East office agency team, Retail lease consultancy team and the commercial valuation department. He became a Chartered Surveyor in Autumn 2024 and now specialises in PBSA and co-living valuations.
