Sean Dooley

He has extensive knowledge and experience, advising on residential service charge management, with a background in block management. Sean's role requires him to remain up to date with relevant industry case law, legislation and regulation. As a result, he is able to advise clients and colleagues in respect of best practice and compliance. He has a wide remit which includes residential long leasehold, mixed-use schemes and Build to Rent developments, where he conducts research and appraises designs on management and efficiency and project the financial viability of developments.
