Scott is a chartered building surveyor specialising in commercial dilapidations matters, including; undertaking negotiations, advising on dilapidations liabilities and managing associated project works for both landlords and tenants.
He has worked at Savills since September 2017 and qualified as a chartered building surveyor in June 2020. He is currently part of the central London dilapidations and lease management team.
