Having worked for London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Southwark, and Reading borough councils, Scott has extensive planning and regeneration experience having advised on, a major residential scheme within the City of London; A large mixed use scheme for 650 residential units and 20,000sqm of commercial floorspace, including regeneration of an existing market and 26 storey residential tower in London Borough of Tower Hamlets; A masterplan application for 800 residential units, 3,000sqm of commercial floorspace and two public parks at Gallions Quarter, London Borough of Newham; A number of tall building applications within London Boroughs of Lewisham, Greenwich, Newham, Southwark and Tower Hamlets; A 3,000sqm office, retail/restaurant, and residential scheme on the city fringes within London Borough of Islington.
