Sarah works in the valuation team at Savills, undertaking loan security, Charities Act and tax valuations and valuation work in the context of dispute resolution.
Sarah joined Savills in 2002 as a graduate trainee after having completed an undergraduate degree in geography at the University of Cambridge. Sarah completed her training at Savills through experience in both agency and professional departments alongside completing a MA in property valuation and law at City University.
Sarah was elected a member of the royal institution of chartered surveyors in 2004. Post qualification, Sarah worked in the retail Investment team at Savills before joining the commercial valuation team in 2009.
Sarah was appointed head of valuation best practice for Savills UK commercial valuation division for the period 2010 - 2013.
In Sarah's recent valuation experience she has been called to give evidence in the High Court on several occasions. She has also worked on a wide variety of other valuation disputes including several large, high profile cases.
