Sarah Byron Evans

Starting in the Exeter office in 2005, Sarah moved to London in 2006 to join the country department. She qualified in 2009 through the Savills graduate scheme and has been part of the London valuation team ever since.

Sarah has a broad knowledge base of the London residential market, with particular insight into the super prime markets in London and the country, supported by her agency background. She works with a range of lenders in the market, including private banks and other major lending sources.

Outside of work, Sarah is kept busy with her young family of 3, lives in south west London and enjoys holidaying in north Wales.
