Sam joined Savills in 2004 and specialises in the property management of shopping centres, retail and shopping parks, leisure sites and high street shops nationwide.
Sam has extensive experience in property management, having worked in the field since the 1980's. He has been involved with multiple shopping centres and retail parks throughout England and Wales. He has covered all aspects of property management including asset management, development, refurbishment, surrenders and re-lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and co-ordination of internal and external surveyors and consultants.
Previous to Savills Sam spent 10 years working as an Asset Manager on the client side for property companies, Great Portland Estates and MEPC specialising in shopping centres.
