Saffron Frost

She joined the London Planning team in June 2022, following more than three years’ experience in London-based private planning consultancy and four years at a Hertfordshire-based Local Planning Authority. Saffron was elected as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in August 2020 and holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Westminster.

Saffron provides planning advice across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed use developments. She has experience in preparing planning application submissions, planning appeals, pre application advice, discharge of planning conditions, and Section 106 obligations, alongside project management responsibilities.

Saffron lives in Hertfordshire and can often be found exploring the county and other parts of the UK with family and friends in search of the best architecture, food, and coffee establishments.
