Robert works with clients across a wide range of sectors, including many of our asset management and occupier clients. Working in the industry since the early 2000s, Robert joined Savills after having worked for several multi-disciplinary consultancy companies. His experience includes dilapidations, landlord and tenant law, specification of works, contract administration, project management, strategic maintenance management and service charge advice, technical due diligence, defect investigation and rectification and party wall matters
