Richard joined the Savills residential development sales team of Savills in 2014, concentrating on the super prime market.
Richard has worked in the super prime London market for over 25 years, witnessing many changing trends along the way.
Previously sales and marketing director for Northacre, an awarding winning developer of new developments in Kensington and Chelsea. Richard's experience includes all aspects of the sales and marketing process, both in the domestic and International arenas, particularly in Hong Kong where he was based for two years. He also has a strong grounding in development consultancy where his knowledge and experience can identify areas for adding value as well as savings that do not detract from the quality of the finished product.
