Rebecca is an associate director and bid manager within our clients and markets division, specialising in public sector tendering.
Rebecca leads bid strategy and opportunity pipelines for Public Sector and Education clients, empowering teams to navigate complex procurement processes with confidence. With a background in bid management at leading global law firms, she brings specialist expertise in securing high-value education, infrastructure, and sustainability projects.
Rebecca's role comprises end-to-end bid consultancy - from shaping opportunities through to positioning Savills' messaging in bids, and closing the deal in presentations. She is Bid Lead for Savills' Education Sector Group, a Project Lead for Savills' Social Mobility Steering Committee, a D&I Ally and she applies best practice in Social Value throughout the tendering process.
Rebecca holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and Certification with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). She is an Associate Member of CIM, a Certified Member of APMP, and a volunteer Mentor with The Social Mobility Foundation.
