Paul’s key areas of practice are building design reviews, drafting of management strategies, drafting service charge, setting up budgets and mobilising buildings through to practical completion.
Paul has extensive experience of management of mixed use schemes, including Estates, up to 1 million ft², tendering of high value soft services contracts up to £3 Million per annum, implementation of compliance systems and recruitment and selection of operational personnel for new schemes.
Paul joined Savills in August 2018 from Broadgate Estates Ltd where he has worked in the consultancy services department since 2015. Prior to this Paul had 25 years’ experience in estate, building and facilities management.
Following a career in retail operations Paul spent ten years in shopping centre management and then went on to manage a mixed use estate with an NIA of 1,000,000 ft² in central London.
