Patrick Edwards

Patrick specialises in investment underwriting and loan security valuations, for individual assets and portfolios in the OCM sectors.

Patrick gained experience in residential agency before attending university to read for his BSc (hons) Real Estate. Patrick gained experience in business rates mitigation before graduating in 2019 and joining the the OCM valuation team. Since joining the team Patrick has become a member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer.

Patrick's focus is on the investment underwriting and loan security valuation of residential and student investments. This includes PBSA, multi-family and single family classes, both individual assets and aggregate portfolios. Patrick also works on feasibility and development valuations within the sector.
