
Patrick joined Savills Economics in July 2018. He is a development consultant specialising in property economics, environmental and social impact assessment and GIS.
Prior to starting his career at Savills, Patrick completed a master's degree in Sustainable Urbanism at UCL and a Geography Degree (BSc) at the University of Portsmouth. Patrick is currently working towards achieving his MRICS qualification.
Patrick has developed particular expertise in economic and social impact assessment. He has also consulted on large-scale masterplanning/regeneration strategies and infrastructure projects including: EWR, M60 improvements, Battersea Power Station Pedestrian Bridge and various windfarm developments.
Patrick is also an avid cyclist.
