Olivia D'Mello-Browning

Prior to joining Savills, Olivia graduated from her undergraduate degree in Planning and Real Estate from UCL in 2020.

Beginning her career in property on the Savills graduate scheme, Olivia has rotated in different departments over the last two years. Her experience includes consultancy advice on London, UK and international schemes in the private residential development and investment sectors. She has also worked in the affordable housing division providing valuation and consultancy advice to Councils and Registered Providers on prospective developments across the UK.

Olivia now works in the operational capital markets division providing value-adding development consultancy, financial analysis and transactional advisory services in the UK Build to Rent and student accommodation sectors.

Olivia is a mentor to a University of Westminster student to provide support through their studies and career progression. Olivia is also part of the  Ethnicity and Socioeconomic Diversity and Inclusion teams within Savills.
