Oliver is a Chartered Town Planner who joined Savills on the graduate scheme in 2015.

Oliver works on a wide range of projects within London, the south east and east of England, but has developed particular knowledge and skills relating to large scale residential and mixed-use developments.

Oliver works across all stages of the planning process, including; planning appraisals, pre-application engagement, planning application submissions, section 106 negotiations, discharge of planning conditions, and planning appeals.
