Norman has been working for the London based commercial valuation team since 1999. Norman specialised in loan security valuation in the three main commercial sectors.
Norman carries out valuations of offices, retail and industrial property in London, the south east and has experience across the U.K. for large lot sizes.
In the main, he acts for the larger domestic and international lending institutions but also smaller alternative lenders, depending upon the asset. Norman has advised lenders in relation to many large mixed use properties in all these sectors. He has a particular interest in more complicated or challenging assets.
Norman is a RICS registered valuer and also carries out expert consultancy work on commercial property and in relation to rights of light.
