Nicola McGinnis

Nicola joined Savills in 1997 as an accounts junior and progressed to finance director in 2007 for a subsidiary company. A Divisional Finance Director since 2012 and appointed as Chief Financial Officer in January 2021.

Nicola has responsibility for the financial operations of Savills (UK) Ltd. This includes internal and external financial reporting, stewardship of the company's assets, and ownership of cash management. Nicola works closely with CEO James Sparrow and Managing Director Richard Rees in setting the financial strategy for the company and the business strategy with the UK Executive Board.

Nicola is also responsible for the corporate Risk and Compliance operations across the company as well as a number of other operational areas. Nicola is also a member/chair of the UK Remuneration Committee.
