Nick is an associate director in the development management team, based at our London Head Office. He joined Savills in 2023 following six years of client-side development at Bouygues and Hill.
Nick’s development management experience spans new build and refurbishment residential, commercial and mixed-use regeneration projects, from initial feasibility through to delivery. These have ranged from standalone 100 home residential developments in prime Central London, up to 1,000+ unit mixed-use regeneration schemes in the outer boroughs.
Nick’s career history at private developers has given him a strong focus on ensuring the financial viability and deliverability of the schemes he works on. He is an active participant in the design process, enjoying leading project teams towards practical and innovative solutions.
Nick’s initial interest in the property industry stemmed from a lifelong passion for architectural history. He is motivated by exceptional design, problem solving, and optimising financial and legal outcomes.
