Nicholas has been working as a research analyst in the residential research team since January 2017 having graduated in Palaeontology & Evolution from the University of Bristol.

Nicholas analyses market and demographic data to provide insight and market intelligence to clients. He works with housebuilders, investors and housing associations as well as assisting other Savills departments with pitches and publications. He has written and contributed towards numerous consultancy reports looking at development, market sale and the private rental sector.
