Naomi Chandler

Having graduated from University of Manchester in 2011, Naomi travelled for 5 months and then joined Savills in September 2012. Naomi was in the compliance team for 9 months where she was responsible for completing anti money laundering checks and completed her CIPD simultaneously. She moved over to the graduate hr team in July 2013 as the team coordinator. Naomi specialised in graduate recruitment for 5 years before being promoted to head up the team in 2019. 

The team is responsible for attracting, recruiting, training and managing all apprentices and graduates across all Savills UK divisions country wide. We have close relationships with schools, universities and careers charities to promote careers in real estate. 

I am a member of the Ethnicity Group and have a keen interest in diversifying the industry. Outside of work, I have two sons and enjoy spending as much time with them as possible.
