Michael Lockhart

Michael has over 15 years of experience in the retail sector, covering the full spectrum of retail agency. He advises Landlords on both shopping centre and high street ownerships, supports occupiers with their expansion strategies, and provides guidance to clients on the investment sales and acquisition of retail assets for both private and institutional investors. More recently, Michael has overseen several repurposing projects in response to the evolving nature of town centres.

Michael spent over 10 years at niche retail agency Jackson Criss, where he became a Partner within the agency team, before joining Savills in March 2022. 

Michael has extensive knowledge of the UK retail market, having operated nationwide for over a decade, with a particular focus on Greater London and the Home Counties.
