Matt joined the 2018 planning graduate scheme after completing his masters degree in urban regeneration. He now specialises in central-west London.

Before joining Savills, Matt received a full scholarship to study urban regeneration; a RTPI, RICS and IOE accredited masters course, at University College London.

Working on a variety of projects means Matt has a variety of planning experience, ranging from householder applications to listed properties within Central London to 1,500 unit schemes in the greenbelt.
In his spare time, Matt can be found at the Emirates stadium, home of his team, Arsenal F.C. Matt also enjoys competing in marathons around the world.
