Mark leads a dedicated development team specialising in viability, affordable housing, and value advice geared towards the delivery of residential, mixed use and regeneration schemes. The team works with land owners, housebuilders, commercial developers/investors, funds, registered providers, local authorities and banks on some of London’s most significant projects at every stage of the development cycle.
Along with providing development consultancy advice, Mark acts as acquisition and disposal agent in respect of land and surplus properties and provides support at planning enquiries as expert witness in matters of affordable housing and scheme viability.
