Maddi Driver

Maddi is a chartered town planner working within the London Planning Team. Since joining Savills in 2022, she has provided strategic advice on a variety of large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across London.

Maddi joined the business through the graduate scheme in 2022. She holds an MSc in Spatial Planning from University College London's The Bartlett School of Planning, a first-class BA in English Literature from the University of Warwick, and achieved chartered status with the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2024.

Maddi’s scope of work includes the management and preparation of large-scale planning applications, undertaking site appraisals and feasibility studies on various strategic sites across London for a wide range of prospective clients, and providing strategic advice to project teams throughout the entire planning process.
