Lucy Whife

Lucy joined Savills as a graduate in 2016. Now an associate director, Lucy specialises in portfolio and transaction management across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Sitting within the account management team, Lucy ensures her occupier clients are securing maximum value and use from their property portfolio. Her everyday role involves providing strategic advice to occupiers on transactions including renewals, relocations and dispositions – with projects located throughout the EMEA region.

Lucy has experience advising both UK and global companies within the pharmaceutical, financial, media and legal sectors. 

Before joining Savills, Lucy completed a real estate management masters in her hometown Bristol and is now based in London. In 2021, Lucy was selected for CoreNet's "Young Leader of the Year" award - an award given to "one to watch" in the realm of corporate real estate.
