Lucy is an analyst within the debt advisory, sitting within the OCM division. She specialises in financial analysis and transaction advisory services.

Lucy joined Savills in September 2023 as an analyst in OCM having read geography at the University of Exeter, followed by a master's degree in real estate at Bayes Business School. Since then, she has worked in the corporate finance team focusing on underwriting and executing complex real estate transactions.

Savills Capital Advisors specialises in M&A, capital raising, JV structuring, equity recapitalisation, debt advisory as well as buy- and sell-side advisory for real estate investors, developers and operators.
