Liv Patton

Her career in property commenced via a different agency in the midst of the pandemic in 2020. She was a senior sales negotiator covering second-hand sales at a local office in central London, teaching her the ins and outs of the industry whilst honing her craft in a tough market.

Liv started her journey at Savills at the beginning of 2022 where she initially joined the help to buy team - a branch off the London Residential Development sector - giving her an expansive knowledge of new-homes across London. Liv then transferred over to the South West and West sales team for London residential development by the end of the year.

Liv now works on a number of new-home projects including Hurlingham Waterfront in Fulham, Battersea Power Station, Lexington House in West Kensington, One Clapham and Riverside Quarter in Wandsworth, making her an expert on the areas she covers.

Throughout her working day she will be taking enquiries into new-homes across South West and West London, chatting to customers about their property needs and suggesting the options that suit these needs most accurately, and showing them around the best developments London has to offer.

Stemming from a creative background in the music industry, Liv loves adding a creative element to her role by filming and editing videos of the properties we have access to. These show-case the developments in the best possible light and can be sent out to customers to give them a real feel of the apartments. She also personalised these to customers by filming them on their moving day, to be kept as a video memory keep-sake.
