Lexi Guo works in Savills global cross border investment business. Her focus is on providing real estate advice to international clients, especially Asian investors operating outside of their domestic market.
Lexi works closely with a number of specialist teams within Savills to provide her clients with valuable, targeted advice on their real estate strategy.
Lexi joined Savills in 2017, practicing in commercial property investment strategy. Prior to Savills she had extensive experience in residential development and capital markets, through working with major residential real estate developers such as Berkeley homes.
Lexi has gained investment experience in a number of markets including Europe, Central London and UK national office, hotels and industrial.
Since joining the Global Cross Border Investment team, Lexi has worked with clients based in Asia and Europe on the acquisition, asset management and disposal of their properties.
