Laura is a workplace strategist with Savills workplace & design.
With a solid foundation in social sciences, Laura has a keen interest in the intricate relationship between people and space, which naturally steered her towards workplace strategy. She is a firm believer that spaces should adapt to people, rather than the other way around, and that a successful workplace strategy places people at its core.
Before becoming a workplace strategist, Laura worked for a number of companies in industries as diverse as football, not-for-profit, and consultancy. This broad spectrum of experience enables her to truly put herself in the shoes of her clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges from an insider's perspective.
Laura's project portfolio spans a diverse array of sectors, including legal, professional services, FMCG, insurance, and private equity, covering a global remit. This extensive experience has honed her ability to craft innovative, people-centric workplace strategies tailored to a variety of industries and contexts.
In her role, Laura works closely with clients to set a clear vision for their workplace. She identifies opportunities to optimise space while enhancing the workplace experience for office users. Engaging with stakeholders, Laura captures their true requirements and translates them into tangible solutions that support productivity and wellbeing. In her spare time, Laura likes to balance work with learning about social history, visiting art galleries for inspiration, and taking in the diverse architecture of London.
