Kitty Snaydon

Prior to joining Savills, Kitty was educated at Millfield School in Street, Somerset followed by Oxford Brookes University where she graduated in 2021 with a First Class Honours in Real Estate. Alongside her university studies, Kitty carried out a wealth of placements in the property industry both in London and the south west, working in both the commercial and residential fields as well as asset management and retail surveying.

Kitty is a Chartered Surveyor in the Savills Hotel Capital Markets team based in London. Kitty has had a wide range of experience within the Central London market having sat within Central London Office Investment, Office Agency, Restaurant Agency and Retail Agency teams over the past year.  Kitty now focuses on the investment of Private London-based hotel companies and families.

Outside of work Kitty is an avid sportswoman and is Captain of the Savills netball team she was a national swimmer, consistently ranked in the top 10 in GB, a former member of the England Talent Squad, University record holder and BUCS competitor.
