Kit is an associate director and a qualified surveyor within the London residential development team based at Savills head office in Margaret Street.
Kit joined Savills in 2012 and is a key member of the London residential development team at 33 Margaret Street. As a qualified RICS Surveyor, he specialises in large-scale new build developments, focusing on sales and marketing, and overseeing on-site sales teams and strategies.
In his role as a development consultant, Kit provides comprehensive advice to clients from development conception to final sale, working on both boutique and major regeneration projects. He is currently involved in several of London’s largest residential and mixed-use developments. Kit has extensive experience in branding, PR, and marketing UK developments to both domestic and international markets. He offers expert advice on site acquisition, design consultancy, value engineering, marketing proposals, apartment layouts, specifications, and launch strategies. A significant part of his role involves post-launch support to maximise sales rates. Kit collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, including land agents, developers, housing associations, capital markets teams, planners, architects, interior designers, branding agencies, and sales teams, both in the UK and overseas.
Outside of work, Kit loves spending time with his cocker spaniel, who keeps him active and brings immense joy to his life. He is also a big fan of theatre and cinema, often exploring the vibrant arts scene in London. Whether it's catching the latest West End show or watching a new film release, Kit enjoys immersing himself in different stories and performances. Kit is actively involved in the LGBTQ+ network and the carers network at Savills. Additionally, Kit serves as a mental health champion, promoting awareness and support for mental well-being within the workplace. Through these networks and initiatives, he has had the opportunity to participate in various events and activities that promote inclusivity and support for carers and mental health. Having lived in London for the past 25 years, Kit deeply appreciates the rich cultural and social opportunities the city offers. He enjoys connecting with clients who share similar interests and values, and believes that these shared experiences can help build strong, lasting relationships.
