
Kirsty joined Savills Workplace & Design in October 2021. She takes a user-centred approach to workplace change, optimising workplace effectiveness and employee experience.
With a background in psychology and expertise in stakeholder engagement and data analysis, Kirsty is passionate about exploring the unique needs of occupiers of space, working with clients across a range of sectors to deliver robust, evidence based strategies.
She is a qualified and experienced change management professional, supporting people as they adapt to the unique transformational journey of each organisation.
Prior to joining Savills, Kirsty gained a wealth of client side experience leading business change initiatives including the adoption of new ways of working as part of a major estate reconfiguration in the public sector.
Kirsty lives in the Surrey hills and enjoys exploring new routes whilst running, walking or cycling.
